Courier & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping & Courier Terms

All courier charges associated with the purchase of listed items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Courier costs are calculated as a fixed amount per product category listed on the Golf Traders Hub website/application. Each category (for example: golf clubs, golf bags, golf carts, and related equipment) has a predetermined courier fee that applies uniformly to items within that category. Furthermore, the courier fee is determined based on the buyer and seller's delivery addresses and the courier company's pricing structure, which may vary by location and distance and delivery option selected by the buyer.

The applicable courier fee will be displayed on the offer page or buy now page.

Golf Traders Hub will arrange courier services once full payment for both the item and the delivery fee has been received.

2. Seller Packaging & Collection Terms

Option 1: Seller Self-Packaging

If the seller chooses to package the item at their own premises, the courier will collect the parcel directly from the seller once collection has been arranged.

The seller must ensure that the item is securely packaged, protected against damage during transit, and ready for collection at the agreed time.

Option 2: Courier-Assisted Packaging

If the seller is unable to package the item themselves, they are required to deliver the sold item to the nearest courier branch. The courier company will assist with packaging the item appropriately for transport.

Once buyer payment is confirmed, the seller must drop the parcel at the nearest Courier Guy kiosk/despatch within 24 hours.

All packaging costs charged by the courier company will be for the seller's account.

3. Important Notes

• Golftraders Hub facilitates the courier process but is not responsible for packaging completed by the seller.
• Any additional packaging, handling, or special service fees charged by the courier will be communicated accordingly.
• It is the responsibility of both buyer and seller to ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
